FDE Sprint: Tuesday November 3 and Tuesday November 17 kickoffs

Last updated

Here's what we're doing.

In ten business days I ship one working AI workflow into your product, through my firm, Eupraxic. A workflow with a clear input, a clear output, and a person on your team who uses it. It runs on your data, in your codebase, deployed to staging or delivered as a pull request your engineers can merge. No deck and no demo video.

You know AI has to be in the product this year. The roadmap is full, and nobody on the team has taken an AI feature to production. This is the shortest honest path from "we should do something with AI" to "it's live."

What you have on Day 10

  • The workflow, in staging or production, or as a production-ready pull request in your repo.
  • A recorded walkthrough of the workflow and the decisions behind it.
  • A scoring rubric your team uses to judge output quality, and a playbook they use to maintain and extend the workflow without me.
  • A 30-day roadmap and a 60 to 90 minute handoff session with your engineers.
  • 30 days of async support after handoff. Something breaks in week three, you write, I fix.

How the ten days run

Day 1 we scope: one workflow, one user, the input, the output, and the acceptance criteria, written into a Sprint Brief you sign off by email. Days 2 and 3 are design. Days 4 and 5 produce a working prototype on your real data, and you watch it run on Day 5. Days 6 to 9 are edge cases, error states, logging and prompt tuning. Day 10 is handoff.

Who it's for

Founders and CEOs of B2B SaaS companies with 5 to 50 people and paying customers, who have a workflow in mind (or three, and want help choosing), and whose team can give me codebase and data access plus one decision-maker who answers within a business day.

Who it's not for

Anyone who wants to "add AI" without a specific workflow, needs a full AI transformation, has data that isn't accessible, wants a general chatbot, or needs guaranteed production deployment regardless of their infrastructure.

Price

$5,000 for Sprints kicking off through Tuesday November 17. From the Tuesday December 1 kickoff, $7,500. Half on signing, half on Day 10. The deposit is invoiced on signing.

Guarantee

No working prototype on your data by Day 5? Stop the Sprint and get a full refund. The workflow in your signed Brief isn't running to its acceptance criteria by Day 10? Full refund. The Brief is the contract, which is why Day 1 is the most important day of the ten.

Quick facts

  • One Sprint at a time.
  • Next kickoffs: Tuesday November 3 (deposit by Thursday October 29) and Tuesday November 17 (deposit by Thursday November 12).
  • Needed before Day 1: read-only codebase access, sample data, and a data processing agreement with your model provider.
  • Every v1 keeps a human in the loop. Autonomy comes later, when your team decides it's earned.
  • Not included: a second workflow, refactoring outside the workflow, new infrastructure, compliance review, model fine-tuning.
  • A second workflow is its own Sprint. Book it within 6 months of your handoff and it runs at the price you paid for the first.
  • Prefer a full two-hour scoping session before committing? The Discovery Day is still available at $500, credited to the Sprint.

Who I am

I ran Nivo as CEO and CPO to 200,000 users and an acquisition, and I ship AI workflows every week in Vectig, my own product. The investor update assistant on the Sprint page is built into Vectig; in my own test runs it took about eight minutes from open to send instead of ninety. I wrote a book on this work, Forward Deployed AI Engineering. There are no Sprint case studies yet, which is why the price is $5,000 through November and why the guarantee is full.

How to start

Score your workflow (two minutes), then book a 15-minute Scoping Call. On the call we pick the workflow, check your data can carry it in ten days, and put a rough number on what it's worth to you. If it fits, you get the Brief draft and the deposit invoice, and your date is locked once it's paid. If it doesn't fit, I'll say so and tell you what to do instead.

P.S. One slot on Tuesday November 3, one on Tuesday November 17. The paid deposit locks the date. The Brief locks the scope.
